沒計劃下炒岀星洲炒米來,只因家裏有一包再不用就會變壞的芽菜,又有一包開了很久還剩下一半的米粉,還有一罐人家推介新買回來的日本製S&B咖哩粉,就決定試做一下。因為不在預算中,所以用瘦肉絲取替了叉燒; 沒有蝦就走蝦好了,材料不足,但味道還不錯吃。S&B咖哩粉帶點微辣,魚露惹味,第一次做還算不錯吃。
食譜: 阿四亂亂做
ingredients:
300g vermicelli
75g pork, sliced thinly
1/4 onion, slice
75g bean sprouts
2 green onion
1 egg
2 slice of ginger
shrimp, optional
noodle seasoning:
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp fish sauce (more to taste)
1/2 tsp sesame oil
4 tbsp chicken stock
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
pepper
instructions:
1.Marinate pork with soy sauce, sugar, salt and sesame oil. Stir fry till cook through. Remove from wok.
2.Boil water. Soak vermicelli for five minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
3.Heat wok. Add ginger and stir fry till fragrance. Add bean sprouts and stir fry in high heat. Add rice wine and take bean sprouts out.
4.Cook egg and slice it thinly.
5.Heat wok, add oil to stir fry onion. Add curry powder and turmeric and cook till fragrance. Add pork, vermicelli and noodle seasoning. Stir fry till noodle dry and add egg and mix well. Season with fish sauce.
